Automatic turret rewinder
The turret rewinder is equipped with automatic threading tube mechanism, which can realize on-line non-stop rewinding, and can be connected with rotary die cutting, slitting machine, flexographic printing machine and other equipment. Rewinder is equipped with 1 inch, 1.5 inch, 3 inch quick release type air expansion shaft, life-long maintenance free. When the rewinder changes the size of different winding shaft, there is no need for manual and mechanical adjustment. The system will automatically adjust according to the size of the winding shaft to reduce the labor force and realize intelligent production. The rewinding products of rewinder can be easily separated from the paper tube, and the printer tape and print head will not be damaged to terminal customers.
